To this day, its underground cellars serve as a rare historical memory of the Langhe region. The wines are still produced in the traditional way: long spontaneous fermentations in concrete tanks, without selected yeasts, and lengthy aging strictly in large Slavonian oak casks.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\n\u003cp data-start=\"535\" data-end=\"807\" class=\"\"\u003e We cultivate our vineyards in Barolo, Madonna di Como, and the Colli Tortonesi, with full respect for the land: we use no chemical fertilizers, no herbicides, and only sustainable treatments.
