BAROLO PAIAGALLO DOCG 2018 CL 75 MIRAFIORE

Following tradition, Barolo Mirafiore is produced by combining wines from different vineyards. The choice of vineyards may vary depending on the characteristics of the vintage. The blending takes place as soon as malolactic fermentation is completed. The long maceration and limited racking carried out during the refinement allow the development of tertiary aromas to be anticipated even before bottling.
