Tasting notes:
Expressive nose with notes of black cherry, tobacco and licorice stick. Notes of violet, blackcurrant, thyme and a touch of bitter orange peel emerge on the palate; complex and delicious flavor. A sensual Saint - Estèphe with silky and caressing tannins that give persistence and tension.
Characteristics:
The property is located in the western part of the commune of Saint-Estèphe and comprises 48 hectares in a single plot, of which 42 hectares are cultivated with vines.
Soil:
clayey - calcareous and rich in pebbles.
Grape varieties:
49% Cabernet Sauvignon, 49% Merlot, 1% Cabernet Franc, 1% Petit Verdot
